Power Apps Power Automate

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Power Platform solutions, encompassing both Power Apps and Power Automate.
2. Design the overall architecture and user interface of Power Apps solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices. This includes creating wireframes, prototypes, and data models.
3. Connect Power Apps with various data sources such as databases, SharePoint, Excel, cloud services, and APIs. 4. Implement data retrieval, manipulation, and storage functionalities within Power Apps solutions.
5. Build and customize Power Apps applications using the visual development environment provided by Power Apps. Configure data sources, create screens, define logic and rules, and integrate with other services and systems.
6. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to design, build, and maintain Power Automate workflows that automate various business processes.
7. Integrate Power Automate workflows with different applications and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
8. Design and customize the user interface of Power Apps applications to provide an intuitive and user-friendly experience. This includes creating forms, views, dashboards, and navigation flows.
9. Thoroughly test both Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to identify and resolve any issues, ensuring the applications meet functional and performance requirements. Debug and troubleshoot problems encountered during development and deployment.
10. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of Power Platform solutions, including workflows, configurations, and procedures, to support knowledge sharing and troubleshooting.
11. Continuously improve existing workflows and applications by identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency enhancement.
12. Monitor the performance of Power Automate workflows, respond to issues promptly, and provide technical support as needed.
13. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business processes, and deliver automation solutions that align with organizational goals.
14. Assist in training end-users and team members on the usage of Power Platform tools. Follow Low code/No Code strategies in the development process.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate development.
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3. Knowledge of Power Platform components, including Power BI. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
4. Experience with creating custom connectors, workflows, and custom solutions for Power Automate.
5. Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
